Want to use your agency and brand marketing experience to develop best-in-class Marketing partnerships?

The associate director of Marketing - Agency Relations is a critical leadership role that uses a deep understanding of the marketing workflows between brands and suppliers to deliver mutually financially beneficial partnerships.

As a primary steward of our supplier partnerships, you'll develop and execute continuous process optimization, training, change management and reporting for Marketing P2P functions, working alongside an engaged and forward-thinking team.

Reporting to the Director of Agency Relations, Marketing, you'll lead a cross-functional team.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...
• You're adept at identifying solutions in complex situations. You are comfortable making decisions.
• You have a deep knowledge of both Marketing agency and brand processes and financial transactions. You have experience as a direct supervisor.
• You're familiar with industry trends in the partnership space.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Build best in class relationships with agency partners - driving elevated work product, increased efficiency and mutually beneficial fee structures. Create a working atmosphere centered on Trust, Resilience and Risk that inspires each individual working on the WMT Business. Deep understanding and application of Brand/Agency industry partnership trends and opportunities. Ongoing engagement with the best agencies in the industry to open doors for future partnership.
  • Partnership Optimization - Ensure that WMT and suppliers deliver on contractual SLA's. Design processes that reduce friction in core financial transactions (PO/Invoices) and maximize value through efficient scope management. Leverage data to identify and action EDLC innovation opportunities.
  • Industry leader for DE&I practices - including agency relationships and production ways of working to ensure that supplier partners reflect the WMT Customer at every level. Foster an inclusive working environment.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related
area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
3 years' project management experience.
