Your Day to Day:

  • The CAG rotational program places candidates within our Client Advisory Group, and is designed to provide exposure to all prospect and client servicing teams, including Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations, Client Management & Reporting, Marketing, Data Analysis, Request for Proposal (RFP), and Product Strategy & Development. Our CAG Analysts develop a deep understanding of PGIM Fixed Income’s global client base, investment strategies and process, systematic and unsystematic drivers of portfolio positioning and performance, and overall strategic and operating frameworks.

  • Analysts partner with multiple groups across the organization including Portfolio Managers & Traders, Investment Risk Management, the Portfolio Analysis Group, Credit Research, Compliance, Legal, and a multitude of Operations teams, to deliver solutions to our investors.

  • During the three-year program, CAG analysts rotate among several client facing and data teams to develop analytical thinking and technical skills required to successfully service current and prospective investors. Analysts also work with teams that create new products and vehicles, and conduct competitor analysis using our analytical tools and systems. The role offers growing responsibility as the Analyst’s experience and confidence grows.

  • Analysts collaborate with senior team-members across groups to problem solve, understand and contribute to critical client and prospect facing issues, and implement solutions that address external stakeholder needs.

  • In addition, analysts participate in our signature learning & development program, PGIM Fixed Income University (PFIU), a classroom and interactive project-based curriculum designed to prepare first year Analysts for their careers in fixed income.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating December 2022 or Spring 2023

  • Open to all majors

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required

  • Written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively give/receive feedback and share ideas

  • Determination and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple tasks both independently and on a team

  • Experience with MS Excel and/or other technical data analysis / modeling tools desirable
