The Operations Manager of Trust and Safety - is a critical thought-leadership role that manages contact center Associates, while partnering cross functionally with various business stakeholders. As the Operations Manager you play an integral part in helping to grow, and enhance the business. As an operational leader, you will oversee teams that support our external business partners, while working alongside an engaged and forward-thinking team. Reporting to the Senior Manager II of Operations, you'll lead your Team of Supervisors in coaching, development, performance management, and product/process improvements that support our associates and partners, and continuously grow the business.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...
• You're skilled at diplomacy and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, including senior leaders.
• You take analytical founded approaches and actions
• You have Trust and Safety knowledge in an E-commerce business
• You're familiar with contact center management
• You have a strong leadership presence, backed with Managerial experience
• You're familiar with SalesForce and or JIRA

You'll make an impact by:
• Work with cross functional business partners to ensure Service Levels are met for our Partners.
• Define business goals and targets
• Manage and guide a Supervisor population, to ensure that they are meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators, within a contact center setting
• Be a strategic thought partner with various business units
• Identify and drive product and process enhancements
• Launch new business initiatives out to Associate populations
