What you'll do...
Serves as the physician leader responsible for the utilization of technology, including the EPIC electronic health records system, to support the clinical enterprise.
Contributes to EPIC configuration and optimization in order to support clinical workflows, drive clinical outcomes, support quality and safety initiatives, and maximize provider experiences.
Serves as the primary clinical interface with EPIC in order to stay up-to-date on new functionalities and coordinate upgrades while minimizing disruptions to operations.
Partners with the Clinical Enablement organization within Walmart Health & Wellness to advise on analytics and reporting needs.
Oversees clinical EPIC training for providers, clinical staff, and clinical support services.
Drives innovative approaches to care delivery using technology (automation, ambient voice recognition, clinical decision support).
Partners with clinical leadership and operations to deliver needed dashboards and reports For example: Perform systems analysis. Manage data warehousing and run reports. Bring new systems for collecting and analyzing data into a healthcare organization. Gain insights from EMR through analytics tools and method to support the clinical enterprise.

MD or DO
5 years' leadership experience in healthcare analytics.
Prior work experience in electronic health records systems (for example, EPIC).
Certification in informatics plus patient safety and performance improvement.
