Job Summary

Responsible to prepare, coordinate, execute training, and ongoing communications for Master Data (MD) Item/Vendor processes. Provide ongoing business and troubleshooting support across the MD item/vendor, Merchandising, and Supplier teams with the goal of driving faster adoption, tools utilization and roles & responsibilities understanding for MD processes end to end. The analyst would develop a deep understanding of the business processes enabling the provision of Master Data services to Walgreens. The analyst will interact and lead cross functional teams through their change management journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs moderately complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data under general supervision. Makes recommendations for the review of more senior staff members.
  • Tracks, monitors and measures the benefit of implemented solutions for moderately complex issues, applying company policies and procedures in the resolution of a variety of issues. May also perform gap analysis.
  • Communicates perceived risks to senior staff members and leadership with recommendations for mitigation.
  • Computes metrics involving moderately complex issues.
  • Develops, analyzes and disseminates moderately complex reports.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships to work collaboratively. Shares knowledge with the team.
  • Resolves moderately complex issues.
  • Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Recommends streamlined processes and process improvements to more senior staff members. Assists in driving change as needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience or internship experience in a supply chain or business role OR Bachelor’s Degree and successful completion of Walgreens Supply Chain Co-op Program OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
• Skilled in applying best practice adult learning principals to design and implementation
• Experience in developing and designing training manuals and implementation procedures
• Facilitation of interactive learning experiences (virtual & in-person) utilizing tools like MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
• High emotional intelligence and resilience with a propensity to persevere
• Highly collaborative and resourceful
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Proven knowledge of communications and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Exposure or experience with MDM Systems (or equivalents) - SAP – Stibo/MDG; Article/Vendor Domain, Collibra, Ataccama, and others
• MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, Visio
• Survey software (i.e., Survey Monkey)
