Prudential Financial is seeking a Director, IT Program Manager to support Prudential’s Chief Technology Office (CTO). The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, and knowledge of infrastructure processes and technologies
  • Focus on making time, information, and decision making more effective to expand the executive’s capacity to deliver results, maximizing productivity and impact
  • Act as trusted advisor for CTO leadership team; propel team cohesion and engagement
  • Proactively manage governance, management routines and empower the right level of decision making
  • Lead organizational administration and oversees governance practices by managing some vendor contracts, privacy management, and business resiliency
  • Identify and drive change in the organization that improves the employee experience and business outcomes


  • Analyze and synthesize information and coordinate decision making to enable faster executive decision-making
  • Creates necessary linkage between CTO leadership team and broader organization; works with functional partners to ensure seamless delivery in support of organizational priorities
  • Develops and executes internal communication to increase organization ability to embrace and lead through change, thereby increasing the organization’s change resiliency and engagement
  • Assists/acts as a liaison with Finance on budgeting and forecasting
  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data is required. Exercises appropriate judgement and ability in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Coordinate large scale events for CTO (Town Hall events, Hackathons, Innovation Days, etc.)
  • Coordinate monthly Product/Program updates on behalf of CTO. (GTSO updates, USIR collaboration docs, etc.)
  • Prepare ad hoc presentations for CTO, SLT, etc. meetings
  • Assist in the resolution of Risk items and Audits on behalf of CTO
  • Assist in onboarding new employees within CTO
  • Coordination of Communications from CTO to GT or other External Partners.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $140,300.00 to $189,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
