Here at Meta, we strive to help businesses drive discovery and generate demand by embracing today’s most modern marketing practices. We call this discovery commerce. Meta’s Global Business Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketer who is passionate about Meta’s ability to help businesses use technology to grow by creating moments of discovery that are serendipitous, curated, and integrated into daily life. The successful candidate will develop and execute bold outbound marketing to inspire and educate businesses to use Meta’s direct response ads products. This person will be a strategic marketer with experience building and executing marketing strategies for large brands. This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, creative, and marketing teams to inspire the industry and drive business results for clients.

Required SkillsBusiness Marketing Manager, Performance Responsibilities:
  • Define global business marketing strategy to inspire the industry and enable clients to make the most of Meta’s performance & lead generation solutions
  • Develop customer-centric marketing materials that synthesize complex technology products and client needs into simple, powerful stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to socialize & scale work via marketing moments, campaigns, and channels to reach relevant audiences and markets
  • Stay abreast of breaking news and trends in the advertising industry
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in marketing communications or product marketing in advertising agencies or marketing organizations or similar
  • Knowledge of Meta’s direct response ads solutions
  • Experience working in digital advertising industry
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing across all levels of the organization
  • Proven project management experience and prioritization skills
  • Communication and presentation experience
Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism or similar
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications or product marketing in advertising agencies or marketing organizations or similar
