Job Summary

Mnemonic is Comcast’s full-service creative agency. By providing creative solutions that produce engagement between our clients and their audiences, we drive business for our clients. We combine our award-winning creative work with the robust suite of sales solutions offered by Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable. Effectv serves 90+ of the nation's 210 designated market areas-including eight of the top 10 television markets. The Digital Campaign Specialist partners with the Central creative team (Mnemonic) as well as the digital design team and third-party vendors in all aspects of strategic development and execution of integrated advertising creative campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, digital marketing platforms, websites, etc. This role requires equal parts creative vision and project management skills to be a successful member of this creative agency. Responsibilities range from contributing to business development meetings, generating digital campaign budget proposals and package outlines, analyzing client websites and supporting action items for revisions or new website builds, managing project timelines and executions with digital vendors, reviewing design and copy execution for digital assets to ensure dynamic content that aligns with the Creative Lead’s direction and campaign strategy, and coordinating all necessary legal documents and account access logins required to perform the work. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Serves as client-facing subject matter expert on Mnemonic’s 360 capabilities with a thorough understanding of digital best practices, maintains regular communications with clients ongoing marketing needs, both in creative execution and in strategic integration, in coordination with the Creative Lead’s overall strategy and concept.
  • Writes copy for website development and other digital content.
  • Manages the ongoing weekly and monthly digital content production, providing feedback to designers and copywriters for any revisions or updates and ensures timely execution of action items on website redesigns or website builds, including coordinating copy and visual needs.
  • Acts as liaison between internal and external creative, including digital and web development companies to produce engaging content and digital products with superior UX/UI.
  • Manages budgets and timelines to ensure content is completed at specified project target dates and social media campaigns maintain a consistent timeline of posts as outlined per each customized campaign.
  • Utilize all internal/external resources to ensure efficient workflow process of projects to meet budget and timelines.
  • Works directly with client to find most effective way to promote their product, business, or message.
  • Builds/develops relationships with internal/external clients by learning and understanding their needs.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
