Job Summary

The Analyst, Customer Growth Activation is a member of the Xfinity Growth Operations Team and primarily responsible for recommending solutions that enable the company to maximize value using analytical methods. This individual will be accountable for interpreting marketing and customer data, providing insights that enhance current measurement practices, and supporting customer growth activation plans for the Xfinity Residential business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepares and maintains the base management scorecard, which will require familiarity with data gathering, analysis and summarization. Make recommendations from insights.
  • Participates in defining business intelligence requirements for projects and data requests.
  • Maintains current and initiates new implementation projects to support recurring customer growth programs, including but not limited to the customer referral program, triggered proactive retention efforts and special projects supporting Xfinity Mobile.
  • Collaborates with the Customer Growth & Loyalty team, Business Intelligence team and other analytics leads to define and analyze complex data sets.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Field of study – Business, math, statistics, economics or marketing
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • 1-2 years of SQL and Tableau experience
  • Ability to manage a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines while remaining focused on measuring results and improving performance
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to share results and make data-based recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Team player with strong presentation skills
