Job Summary

Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design and implementation of CB Masergy complex ad-serving platforms that enable customers to stream, track, and monetize their content online including, new customer deployments, expansion projects, and internal initiatives. Works as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the Company' s product lines. Provides insight to customers on current network solutions and configuration design. Works closely with sales executives on presentations and the technical design of new sales. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides technical leadership and directions as a primary technical resource on internet protocol router network technologies.

  • Analyzes network design and transition plan for network optimization.

  • Provides routing design details to efficiently distribute customer traffic.

  • Analyzes traffic engineering data to forecast customer network capacity requirements.

  • Follows Engineering design life cycle with proper documentation ensuring that all detailed designs adhere to network standards.

  • Develops test and acceptance criteria for internet protocol networks. Provides technical support for internet protocol network problems.

  • Provides technical training to technicians and other operations/engineering groups on current and future technology.

  • Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with the regions and local markets.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Oversee and recommend changes in operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Serves as subject matter expert on one or more business solutions for products that enable customers to stream, track, and monetize their content online.

  • Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers. Develops and documents strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions.

  • Translates complex technical design requirements into information that customers can understand and respond to.

  • Architects solutions during presales process based on the ability to translate business requirements directly from customers.

  • Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
