Job Description

The Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) team is seeking a highly motivated Co-op to join us in supporting our systems and strategic projects team in 2023.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of focus.
  • Assists in the development of strategic plans for existing, new, or proposed business operations for both forward and reverse logistics and across product lines and asset types.
  • Leverage established Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to focus on effective materials management, planning, network optimization, inventory, and asset management.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of proposed solutions/initiatives to leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of repeatable, and thus scalable, data analysis; communicating requirements to ISCO BI team for replicating ad-hoc analysis and/or create new data sets, reoccurring reports, and dashboards.
  • Liaise internally with key stakeholders to help execute data analysis and project management.
  • Create and manage projects plans and performance metrics for each of the projects in their portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks, including presentations to the supply chain leadership team.
  • Deliver on ad-hoc requests for project updates, analysis, and executive level presentations.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $25.00
