Job Description

The Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) team is seeking a highly motivated Co-op to join us in supporting our Supply Chain Operations team in 2023.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Track shipments into warehouses from various Suppliers & Comcast warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment & receipt. Escalate delays as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and acting on various vendor related metrics and reports.
  • Compile customer escalations from various sources (survey, social media, etc) to assist in identifying common issues.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Review inventory reporting and coordinate with divisional/regional ops teams to resolve inventory visibility and supply chain issues using project management structure to measure progress, cost savings and process improvements.
  • Work across the HQ field Supply Chain teams to update BAU operations guide to include all current supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Review and propose improvements in material management purchase order functions for ISCO team which includes documentation of the process.
  • Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows to update operational and deployment playbooks as needed.
  • Submit UPS claims for lost/damaged shipments as needed and reconcile payments received.
  • Assist team with various operational projects with the intent to reduce expense and improve the efficiencies within the operations
  • Manage Document Management SharePoint-update/format documents, organize and manage the SharePoint, provide status updates, etc.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $25.00
