Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the operational management of advertising campaigns. Ensures the accurate processing of client campaign copy instructions for the organization's retail business. These tasks include but are not limited to: Processing client tickets within ticket management system, accurately processing client request and providing a customer service mindset with direct interaction to client. Has daily deadlines that need to be met, and is metrics driven to ensure efficiency and accountability. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.

Core Responsibilities
Demonstrate self-reliance of processing high-volume, complex video advertising campaigns copy instructions and creative at a consistently high-accuracy rate for the retail line of business across 60+ geographic markets.
Research, report and match retail business copy instructions to received advertising content.
Manage advertising copy dashboard to ensure compliance with organization and network legal and creative guidelines.
Provide expertise, field questions, advise, and regularly communicate with partner departments to resolve issues and deliver superior customer experience, including but not limited to: missing or unclear copy/content advertising campaign requirements.
Build and maintain understanding of workflow within all necessary platforms.
Gain ability to decipher, promote and troubleshoot orders/revisions that have been flagged by robotic process automation (RPA) system or advertising copy entry system (ACW).
Has an analytical approach to solving major issues, such as correcting data entry errors by escalating to the appropriate parties after completing all background research.
Collaborate with team and leaders to create enhancements in automation and workflow efficiencies.
Manage media library.
Manage and monitor deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Meet or exceed all established workload and accuracy goals.
Follow up, communication and resolution of content issues.
Handle exception clients with late arriving content and procedures.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
