We are looking for a data guru who, as an Associate Product Manager, can use their analytical skills to infer critical insights from large data sets. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with Product, Partnerships, Customer Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to provide insights into our supply and data partnerships. You will lead strategic projects to measure the health of our integrations, run exploratory data projects to find new opportunities, and build key dashboards that the executive team will use to monitor the health of our partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with the product, partnerships, customer service, and engineering teams to provide a data-driven perspective on challenges and opportunities.
Work with the product and partnerships teams to run tests, and drive projects to completion with supply and data partners.
Project manage joint projects with supply and data partners.
Define desired business outcomes from crafting insights from analysis on trillions of records
Create institutional knowledge by building dashboards that measure, monitor, and alert on the health of our supply and data partner integrations
Become an expert at Real-Time-Bidding systems, the data generated, what it means, and how the data can be used to create meaningful insights.

Who You Are:
2-3 years of experience in data analysis and developing insights & recommendations from data
Highly analytical and curious, with the ability to use Python and SQL to interrogate large data sets to elicit the signal from the noise
A bias to action to create clarity in ambiguous situations
Effective interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and value points with partners and internal product and sales teams
Relationship builder who can build deep, long-term, trusted partnerships
Entrepreneurial, self-starter, creative and open-minded, persistent with attention to detail, and highly collaborative who thrives in a team environment
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to build something great
A team player with a positive attitude; excellent written and oral business communication, and people skills
Nice To Have:
1-2 years of experience in AdTech or MarTech
A degree in a quantitative field of study
