PRIMARY PURPOSE
The EDI Development Sr Manager is responsible for managing the expanding team of data integration developers, ensuring conformity to defined architecture and coding standards, implementing software development best practices, and streamlining the flow of requests into the team using an Agile Scrum or Kanban process. The Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Integrations will engage with Systems Developers, Business Analysts, and other IT stakeholders to evaluate requests for integrations or data migration projects, then define and prioritize the backlog of work including both support and new development tasks. They will lead a variety of data integration projects that require a wide set of skills from knowledge of Enterprise Data Integration and ETL approaches to creating meaningful business value.
Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Lead the development activities for all data extraction, data migration, and data integration within M&A activities, legacy system migration, and current system integration
· As a Senior Manager, you will be working as part of a team of problem solvers who have experience in solutions and developing new processes with the ability to execute and deliver scalable results
· Work with the Data Architect and other technical stakeholders to define and implement the Data Integration Strategy and development standards within the team
· Manage team objectives in the areas of communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising results. Coach and mentor developers to adopt and adhere to the standards developed within the EDI team for integration of best practices
· Recruit and hire integrations resources as needed; appraising performance, training, succession planning, coaching, addressing complaints and resolving problems, work planning, assignment and direction
· Facilitate reverse engineering and solution design for replacing legacy and custom integrations (SSIS and .Net)
· Develop a big picture understanding of ERP and supplemental applications, understanding the interactions and interdependencies. Use your understanding to identify integration points and anticipate change effects.
· Monitor Informatica and production systems for performance and failure; partner with respective IT teams (infrastructure, system developers, DBAs, etc.) to prioritize issues and facilitate engineering support within the integration software development process
· Partner with business stakeholders and Data/Solution Architects on requirements gathering, solutions architecting related to data migration, and data integration (short and long-term solutions)
· Collaborate with the system development team (Salesforce CRM, CPQ, FSL, Zuora) in the core integration projects as well as supporting application integrations
· Work with the team of Informatica developers to analyze, design, develop, and test integration and ETL processes in Informatica and other ETL tools (Fivetran, DBT, etc.) between diverse systems including Salesforce CRM, Zuora, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, NetSuite, RevPro, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, and other data sources
· Promote and implement controls for data management, data quality, and data governance, and thought strategy
· Perform other duties as assigned

· Hands-on working knowledge of topics such as data security, ELT, data wrangling and cloud computing and proficiency in data integration, enterprise architecture, and DB technologies, sophisticated analytics tools, programming languages or visualization platforms
· Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources
· Strong financial competence, business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and communication skills with a self-starter mentality
· General knowledge of common enterprise data integration tools preferred (Informatica, SSIS, etc.)
· Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to troubleshoot and or develop solutions and implementations
· Microsoft Word/Excel expertise is essential
