Commercial Front Load Driver ( Garbage Truck Drivers - Sebring FL)-2 (R-50446)
Waste Connections has an immediate opening for a Commercial Front Load Driver (Garbage Truck Drivers) to join our Team at our location in Sebring Hauling, Sebring FL. The position will be responsible for driving a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites.
Monday-Friday 3:00am start time typically working a 10+ hour day with some Saturdays. On top of great pay and consistent OT we offer family benefits, discounted stock purchase plan, 401k, and vacation
POSITION SUMMARY:
- In this position you will be operating a garbage truck on a specified route.
- This is a position requiring regular heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the truck.
- This position will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously serving customers.
- This is a full time, year round position. A typical schedule for this position is Monday – Saturdays, approximately 50-55 hour work week.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Have at least 3 years of Front Load experience as well as a stable work history, preferably in a driver position.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
